The location was convenient and the staff at the front desk were helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the good breakfast options offered. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! the breakfast was an absolute feast and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Secondly, the location was perfect as we could easily access all the attractions within a few minutes. Additionally, we were thrilled with the complimentary airport shuttle service which made our arrival and departure from the hotel so much easier.

The only downside to our stay was that the pool and sauna were not available to us, and unfortunately we were not informed about this beforehand. However, this did not impact the overall enjoyment of our trip as we were still able to experience all the amazing amenities this hotel had to offer.

Close to the center, clean, staff are always ready to help, breakfast is delicious, bathrobe and slippers are available.

No tea station, very poor soundproofing, you can hear everything happening in the next room.

Friendly and helpful staff. My room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of options. Despite a small issue with the shower temperature, my overall stay at Russ Hotel was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Its situated in silient place,I like it.Good quality of chamber's furniture.

There were some problems with bathroom:in crane I had cold & hot water,but in shower only cold.In this place I felt some kind of soviet zeitgest.My point of view:this hotel needs in some modernization.
